WTF is all this??

Ok I'm obviously new here. I've decided with my next car to go boost. I won't ask the common question that all noobs ask, " what car should I start with". I already know what I want... But I don't know *** about it yet, and I might have come across a deal, but I don't know what the hell any of this means lol!!  Please advise and tell me what you think-

I am selling a 1995 eagle talon AWD. The car has 131000 miles. The motor is a 6bolt swap with about 500 miles on it. The motor has SBR G50 turbo, BC 272/272 cams, 3g lifters, Act MB1-xxG6 clutch , B&M short shifter, 1g rods 2g pistons, race bearings, balance shafts removed, APR head studs, FIC 950 injectors, 3in turbo back exhaust, SBRexhaust manifold with wastegate hole, 38mm Tial wastegate, Aeromotive fuel presure regular, 11"x28''x3'' intercooler with custom piping, The motor is tuned with DSMLINK that comes with the car. It has newer brakes, tires, swaybar endlinks, and is lowered with eibach prokit springs with newer shocks. I have boost gauge, fuel gauge, and oil gauge , also has NGK AFX wideband. Tinted windows, tinted tail lights. New headlights. Body has a 97-99 eclipse front and rear bumbers. Interior is grey with leather seats. i think the interior is ok for a 1995 the driver seat has some were but still sits nice. I am sure i am missing some stuff.
So that's the add, the price is 6g.... Well is it a good deal? Any concerns or problems? Any help would be awesome!!  

it is a good car. the 6bolt block is from the 1g eclipse. a better block then the 2g(the 95 is a 2g). the lifters he has, i believe, are from the 3g eclipse gs 4g64. he has the rods out of a 1g eclipse with stock pistons. all the rest are aftermarket add ons. with all the mods he has written down, that car should have around 450hp.
