I currently own a 94' Dodge Spirit which I know is nowhere near any sort of tuner/import at all, but as of now it's all I can afford. I would like some help in regards to some small changes I can make on my current car that would give me some experience for when I get a real car. All I've got is a paint job and a 12" sub. Any advice would be great! (Cheap modifications to the look of my car or the performance.) If pictures are allowed I can upload some photos of my car and the engine so that you can get a better look and to see if there are any small changes I can make.

K&N filter, good spark plugs, grounding kit/voltage stabilizer, you could do a custom 2.25" or 2.5" catback exhaust, I'd go with like a nice big obx muffler. You could cut a coil off the springs with a grinder and lower it probably.
