First can and some help where to customize it

Hi guys i'm new to the whole import tuner scene but I am fascinated buy the cars, style,and etc. Can anyone give me a list of nice fast or good looking tuner cars under $15,000 cause it would be my first car. No Honda civics please anything else and can you name some place where i can customize cars in the east coast. Virginia or New York or other places close by please  

Car shop in Georgia... It's very cheap great used cars like 350z, RX-8s, G35s, Supras, etc. Use Autotrader or cars.com to scout what you want, and use KBB.com to compare value and prices. Then, call and ask questions. If you live close to the dealerships or private seller, test drive the car.
