I need a new engine for my 97 eclipse gst. it blew and i need a new one. anyone know any good places to find some for sale?

is the head still good. if you need a block, get the 4g64 out of the 2g spyder. that will increase your tq level, just build up the motor before you go high turbo pressure.

oops, the reason i wanted to know about your head, is because you can just bolt that head onto the 4g64. the 4g64 will bolt right into everthing. i believe that are a few pigtails you will need to replace.

no. i always go to the junkyard and get a used one for cheap and rebuild it to my specs.
