talon rebuild plzz help

i just bought a 97 talon tsi awd and was wondering how much resteration would cost to make it really fast...ive got a few problems with it though the engine seems to have a little tick to it ive heard that it is normal for these motors to do so but im not fond of it....the parts are also kinda hard for me to find ive been looking for a new oil pan for along time and cant find one at all... any advice would be helpfull in making this car one that lasts for along time but still fun to drive
