Imported Performance and CCM Present: Cupcakin' for Kids (Dallas,@AAC)

Cupcakemeet.com is teaming up with Imported Performance to bring you CCM7 : "Cupcakin’ for Kids", our most anticipated event of the year!  This will be a little different than our normal “Meet and Greet” events. This is a Charity show/event with 100% of the net proceeds going to the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children! What a great way to finally attend an event with a cause and help your community along the way!

Let’s begin with a little background about Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children (http://www.tsrhc.org/).  TSRHC was established in 1921 and specializes in treating Texas' children whose families are unable to afford the often-times life-changing treatment. The most heart-warming thing about Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children is that they operate solely on donations from friends and the surrounding communities. Therefore, "Cupcakin’ for Kids" has set a goal of donating $10,000 to the hospital for this upcoming year. Please help us to attain and even surpass this goal!

Join us for a great event which includes: FREE FOOD, PRIZES, LIVE MUSIC and PERFORMANCES from local artists, as well as the HOTTEST CARS & MODELS from around the state! You will also have the opportunity to photograph your car with our models at the photo shoot!

And don’t forget to pick up your CCM merchandise: We will have t-shirts, decals, lanyards and license plates available for purchase!

Admission Fee: $15 per vehicle with 100% of the net proceeds going to Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.

Event Time:
Event starts at 7:00 pm and runs to 10:00 pm.  Gates are open for entry at 5:00 pm and will be closed at 7:00 pm.  YOU MUST BE ON THE LOT BY 7:00 pm or you WILL NOT be able to enter your vehicle. Sorry guys and gals, these rules are per the American Airlines Center. Anyone who arrives after the 7:00 pm deadline will have to park on a separate lot controlled by AAC staff.  AAC will also charge a $15 fee to park on their controlled lot (a fee that does not go to the hospital).  In addition to this parking fee for their lot, all entrants will be charged $5 per person to enter the show lot.  Therefore, it is in your best interest to arrive on time. Fashionably late will not score you any points this time and there will be NO exceptions.

Pre-registration:
It is highly recommended that everyone pre-register for this event. Pre-registration helps us have an idea of the numbers to be expected and helps speed up the processing time onto the lot. As an added bonus, pre-registered participants will receive a $5 gift card to Imported Performance. Pre-registration can be handled in one of two ways:

1. PayPal:  Send payment to s-andrews@live.com  Please send as a personal GIFT to avoid fees.  Fees will only subtract from the charity funds.  Please include your full name and make/model info.  Please retain your transaction ID# for proof of pre-registration at the event.

2. By mail: e-mail Stephen at s-andrews@live.com and request a registration form.

If neither of these two ways works for you, please call Stephen at 972-741-6358 to discuss other options. Upon arrival, you will need a photo ID for verification. Again, you must be on the lot before 7:00 pm even if you pre-register for the event. There will be NO refunds for late arrivals.

Donations:
You can donate any amount through Paypal, mail or cash. Please see above pre-registration information on how to send via PayPal or mail. Again, the hospital ONLY survives on donations. We encourage everyone to donate if possible. Tell your friends and family members about this event and the wonderful organization we are supporting. Get them to pass the information along as well. Every little bit helps! Your support and generosity is greatly appreciated, not only by us and the staff of Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, but most importantly by the children who so need our help. Thank you!

Prizes:
Trophies and Awards will be giving to classes depending on the number of pre-registrations. This is just a brief example of the classes. Classes will be added (or subtracted) accordingly when 5 or more cars pre-register.  Winners will be announced at 9:00 pm.

Preregistration is starting to ramp up!!!

R32 Skyline, couple of R35 Skylines, hot-rods, Rossion Q1's, this is going to be a HUGE show, AT THE AMERICAN AIRLINES CENTER! (Have we mentioned that yet?) and best of all to help out kids! Even if you can't make it, please consider donating to the fund.

IP and CCM are pulling out all of the stops for this, you won't be disappointed.  

Domestics, European, Asian and Exotics, yeah this is going to be a killer show.
