Me and a friend are trying to build onto his 05 wrx sti. its already a fast car but it can do better. we have a budget of 12k to 15k, any suggestions would be a real help.

Pickup a turbo upgrade kit, or source all the pieces yourselves. Don't forget to switch to a front mount intercooler, upgrade the fuel system, get some sort of ems(maybe cobbport or AEM's ems) and find a reputable tuner to tune it. Shouldn't cost that much, maybe 8k or so. I could really be off on that figure though. =)
