Im in the detroit metro area and found this sick tuner car modified by saleen, i was hoping to get some input from you guys on this because im new to tuner cars, but just really want to get into them.

I really think this is a good buy, and its right in my price range, and its very rare because steve saleen usually only modifies mustangs. I wanna know if i can put a supercharger in this i4 or if i should get a v6 and plop in in there. And in general i just wanna know if you guys think this car is a joke or not.
Im 18 and think this would be the perfect buy for me. I only have a shitty 93 toyota celica now and its just a straight up beater and i don't feel like modifying it because of all the body damage and stuff it has to it. I just want some input on this ford focus.

aren't the saleen mustangs factory equipped with no2 systems?

oops. i meant to say saleen focuses not saleen mustangs.

oh k. yeah im still not sure, all i know is its a rare saleen car and its a sweet tuner. i would just like to get peoples input since this seems to be the place for everything tuner cars.

seems legit. wikipedia said saleen made 200 of these. from the ad on craigslist, sounds like your saving a buck or two because of all the upgrades. Looks pretty cool and sure is faster than most scions with 225 hp. Id go for it, unless youve got a passion for building the car yourself or have another car in mind. I dont have any idea about the v8 swap because wikipedia didnt say which v8 theyd swap in, but i think id buy this one
