i have a bmw m3 and i have about 10 grand to spend on it. i would greatly appreciate it if someone could give me an estimate of how much hp i could get in it and what parts i should use.

You can get hundreds of horsepower based on what you want to do and how much time and money you want to spend. I mean, you can do simple bolt-on things or you could pull your block off and have an Engine Shop do a port & polish. You just need to know your limit before-hand.
