i was in a small accident that threw off the alignment of my wheels after repairs and when i took it to get it re-aligned the tech said he couldnt get it back to where it once was and it will steer right i need to know is it possible to get the caster, camber, and toe back to perfect stock alignment so my car doesnt steer to the right and drives straight

Well, the tech should have told you what was wrong with it and what you can do to fix it. I would say that the accident damaged the chassis's adjustable components, but the tech should have been able to replace those. So it might be possible that you damaged the frame and/or shifted the cradle in a certain direction. But like I said, he should have told you what's wrong and your options.. so...
