I'm new to all this and I was wondering if anyone could tel me the steps to upgrading and making a 10 second car out of a Lexus.

Make around 500+ whp by installing a turbo setup, rebuild the engine with forged internals, upgrade the fuel system, extremely sticky tires, and a great driver. That gives you a basic idea.

what kind of lexus are we talking about?  Details such as model and year can be really helpful.
