I have an 02 Accord EX coupe, 5 speed, 4 cyclinder 2.4L vtech, the 150hp model. What do you suggest I should do to it? I'm planning on the air intake, shifter, and exhaust. I don't really want to spend the money on the turbo right now. Could I get some suggestions on sights to look at if I want to change the interior? Thanks

As always, it depends on what your goals are. Some people want pure performance and some people want a good looking car and couldn't care less about the performance. It sounds like you want more performance.
I would definitely go with a cold air intake. Those do wonders to the honda 4 cylinder VTECs even compared to the short rams. Just make sure you don't have water or a ton of dirt going into the filter wherever it goes. An exhaust will be good after that. I would get a header also. This will probably give you 20-30 horsepower gain altogether and feel much better in response and power. A shifter is good if you're goin to be driving hard but at this point with a VTEC motor, I would go with a AFC from Apexi. With the higher air flow you have added at this point, you can extract more power by fine tuning the air/fuel mixture and with the VTEC motor specifically, you will be able to change the point where the VTEC system engages with the AFC.
There are really tons of interior options for a 02 Honda Accord. Seats and harnesses have a great impact on how the interior looks but they will cost you more than all the other smaller accessories. From simple add ons to more difficult ones, you can add aluminum or carbon foot pedals, shift boot, shift knob, handbrake lever, gauges that monitor oil pressure, water temp, fuel pressure, etc., and pods for the gauges. Then the seats and harnesses.
After all that, you gotta get wheels, tires, brakes and suspension. You can go with a set of springs for a couple or few hundred bucks or a fully adjustable coilover system for between $1,000 to $1,500 for a good set. Strut tower braces and sway bars will help handling tighten up quite a bit after that.
Past that, you can start another post!

Do what I did. Buy a project that's actually worth tuning..
