So I'm assuming you missed fourth and jumped into 2nd? If you did then you'll have a whole lot of problems that you'll need to check. Do a compression check to see if you have any problems.

no i just pretty much slammed into fourth without have the clutch applied and gas to the floor. it was just a bad shift i let the clutch out before it was in gear. i was thinking because its misfiring only when the engine is warm and idle maybe check some sensors?? gonnna do the crank first then cam

Hmmm. Did it actually go into 4th and did it grind in any way? Luckily it sounds like you didn't overrev, by downshifting into a lower gear. You car should have had a fuel cutoff to stop the rpms from rising too high. Why don't you check out the spark plugs to see what condition your engine is in. Compare it with this chart: http://www.dansmc.com/Spark_Plugs/Spark_Plugs_catalog.html

Sounds like he floored it out of gear, based on his posts, pushing the RPMs beyond Redline :-\ (though as Jimi said, the fuel should have been cut off)
I'm not mechanically inclined, so I can't give any advice, only guesses and ideas.
