I assume it's Mazdaspeed (their version of TRD, right?) No idea what their products are like, though.

Mazdaspeed is pretty much like Nissan's Nismo & Toyota's TRD. For the most part you won't get a whole lot of power from it, but its better than nothing. Other brands like AEM or Injen may net you 1 or 2 hp more on top of the maybe 5 or 6 hp you'll get from the Mazdaspeed.

so pretty much the other after market brands are better quality. i had thought that but wasnt to sure becuase i dont know to many people with tuned up mazda's. and mazda speed can only be dealt with through the dealerships.

The quality of the part isn't the question. The quality should be comparable to other aftermarket brands and may even be better sometimes. The problem lines in the design of the part itself. For some reason, very few manufacturer's tuning companies make decent, or even the same, power over a comparable aftermarket part.

Extra info but I though I'd throw it in. The good thing about Mazdaspeed/Nismo/TRD/or whatever company, is that they are usually, and should be, fully covered by warranty with no questions asked, whereas another aftermarket brand may raise some eyebrows, but they can't deny warranty if the part doesn't directly affect the problem.

that makes sense becuase my friend has a subaru sti and he is getting real low compression rate. the're trying to screw him becuase they say he has after market parts that contriputed to the problem.

Mazda 6 Research
Mazda 6 Car specs are often a major factor when deciding on buying a new Mazda 6. Get all of the information you could want including data on performance, cargo space, handling, fuel efficiency, and all-inclusive car specifications. The Mazda6 comes with a L4 standard engine and goes for a suggested retail price of $21,800.00. It also comes with comparable warranty coverage to other vehicles in its class. Other similar vehicles are the Toyota Prius and the Scion XB.
