If you want torque then get a V8. =) I4, especially Hondas, are tough to get more torque out of. If you seriously want more torque, you're going to need to swap engines or turbo/supercharge. Even then you won't make that much torque.

Then you'll need to rebuild your engine with forged internals, upgraded fuel system, a proper ems, tuning time and labor for installation. But expect to pay quite a bit for everything.

Okay let's be realistic here. How much money and time can you spend? A simple header will make the car feel more "torquey" depending on what style you get. Of course a turbo kit will do the trick but then you need a higher flow fuel pump, fuel rail, larger fuel injectors, etc. Are you doing the work on your own or are you paying a shop to do it? Really, it all comes down to budget. If you have $10,000 to spend, throw a turbo on it, stroke it, and you'll have a torque monster (for an Integra). Either way, let me know because I have a tuner parts store and can get you what you need to do the job. Anything from a header to a turbo kit. Great deals on everything. I'll ship it directly to you. Most manufacturers have warranties for their products also.
