93 civic hatch featured in magazine. Shift knob???

I was looking through my import tuner magazine(issue #125) and I saw a 93 civic hatchback. I noticed it had an unusual shift knob in it and I cant seem to find anything like it anywhere! I was wondering where I can find a shift knob like that and I would be willing to pay up to $75 for it.

Can anyone help me?

Well quoting the article, it says  that its "a one-off MDM (Mexican domestic market) shift knob he jacked from one of his dad's rides."
