ATTENTION ALL TUNER MEMBERS ON THIS SITE... DO NOT.. AND I REPEAT.. DO NOT... LISTEN TO SCROTUM-SACK, and all his stupid comments which by the way are almost always associated with his discontinued, 2 seater, POS MR2... the thing is about a 15 second car from the factory, he says it can do 11's with just an RAM intake added...LMAO !!!!!!...

I am %100 sure you said 94 Eclipse originally, and you just edited your post so it would say 95. 95's did not have the reverse lights in the rear bumper but rather around the license plate area, the 97-99's did which if you look at the car in FnF it had reverse lights in its rear bumper.
Actually, my car runs 13.3 from the factory sluggo, so 11's with a few bolt ons is not entirely out of the question. I plan on dynoing it again and taking it to the track soon.
FYI Turbo car's dont need Ram Air intakes, we have turbos to pull in all the air we need for us. But youd know nothing about that since your into tuning slow NA FWD car's.

How do I edit posts? And I said it was a 95 with a 97-99 body kit. That's how the reverse lights are in the bumper...

Turbo mr2 ran about 14.8 from the factory.... all the factory times are posted in numberous sites... AND THEY ALL SAY...14.8... oh and one more thing... FWD is frowned upon???... really?.. funny how its rear-wheel drives that are frowned upon in the rain and definately snow.... my friends M3 was nothing in the rain.. his new EVO was his preferred choice... and snow??.. yeah right.. my wifes Chevy Malibu was better in the snow than my friends M3... FWD has its place, in everyday life and racing... See real racing on speedvision.. lots of FWD's, scrotumsack AND another thing.. why dont you talk about how crappy it is to work on your mr2... i have seen that junk at junkyards... have fun working in that little tiny cramped area in the middle.... it aint the same as lifting the hood on a 72 chevy nova, or on my 02 civic... The best cars have the engine in the FRONT!!!

Wow... I don't recall anyone saying they raced in the snow..? FWD is better in the snow because the weight of the engine is over the drive wheels. Giving better traction... Common sense pal, get some...

You know what I mean... Why would you say something like that ^ to try and justify your opinion? Who gives a flying *** about how cars are in the snow? This is an import forum. You wanna whine about snow and rain, try a 4x4 site...

hey, i drive a import and im a snow boarder. now i would gladly have a awd car over a fwd, but with the ice i get in ok and the snow ill be dealing with in colorado springs, i would rather have fwd then rwd. my brother has a 95 subie with a turbo boxer in it and im thinking about pickin it up from him after i get out of ait next year.

to me, its easy as hell to throw some money at a car like STi, or an Evo or supra or a 240. Wheres the challenge? how are you different? i have an i4, 4dr, ACCORD that i worked on and is what it is now. I am sure if you guys saw my ride in the readers ride section, you'll see what i mean. Point is, nothing wrong with doing something that "normal people" won't do in the tuner community.

F23A, Godfather...
"to me, its easy as hell to throw some money at a car like STi, or an Evo or supra or a 240. Wheres the challenge? how are you different?"
I understand what you mean... But just because STIs and Supras are all over magazines and movies and whatnot doesn't mean EVERYONE is tuning them. They're popular because they are excellent platforms and out-perform the bottom end Civics, Eclipses, etc. I mean, if you're going to say that some guy tuning an Evo or Supra is more of a conformist than a kid with a B16 CRX, you've got another thing coming. Because there are more guys like you out there tuning the more affordable imports than guys rollin STIs. Now many of those guys like you did not and will not take it near as far as you have, but I'm sure you get my point.
All in all, in my opinion, it's not necessarily the car you put your money into, it's WHAT YOU DO to your car and HOW you do it that should resemble your uniqueness and individuality.
Nice Accord, by the way. I'd love to hear everything you've done to it. 5 Speed?

but when you bought your car stock it ran a 14.7. barely anyone can pick up a usdm mr2 with a 3rd gen jdm motor in it. you tell everyone that a stock usdm mr2 can run a 13.3, but they cant.

Thank you godfather for backing me up on these STOCK FROM THE FACTORY TIMES... sure does seem like scrotum-sack leaves out a bunch of important stuff about his car..LIKE THE REAL MOTOR IT HAS IN IT.... I watched the JAPANESE video you posted with the right handed steering wheels in JAPAN... dude, if i decided to buy a MR2,and started looking in my local Auto Trader, you think i am going to find those cars(JDM mr2 with the near 255 HP) listed ??... no way... i think you forget to tell ppl, that you dont have the original motor your mr2 came with when you bought it on a lot in the United States. Dont leave out the important stuff.... thx
