I am new to drifting and modding cars. I want to get a 1989-1994 Nissan S13 240SX and mod it.

What parts would you recommend me to put into S13? Could you give me a price list of the parts?

This car is mainly for drifting. My budget is about $5000 for the car and $5000 for parts + labor.

first thing you should do is swap the stock KA24DE motor for an SR20DET or try to find an S13 with an SR20DET already under the hood.  Then go with lightweight/wide wheels, coilovers, chasis reinforcement, etc.
