Those Type Rs will probably never come. We never get a Type R here the best we got is the Mugen SI. I personally like the 2000 SI with the B16A2 for tuning up and the 2006-2008 civic SI.

Man if the Type R's came to the states, I'd probably(*ponders*) sell my car for one. Just stick with Civic Sis, Acura RSXs, and whatnot. They're easy to upgrade and plenty of parts. Just make sure you get decent name-brand parts.

The Mugen is no more than a token badge that is horribly overpriced. Just a couple of bolt-ons and a bunch of Mugen insignia everywhere and its worth 35K at the local Honda Dealership?! Rather get an STI..... Kinda odd that the Type R and its antithesis the Focus ST are both not sold in the US, but the ST is sold in Mexico!

seriously....

WTF!!!! How come they got one and we don't?!

Could they just throw us petty money (or $Euros) with a Fiat 500?

^LOL... I'm just saying that it's really odd that almost all those cars that they sell in Europe and probably Japan (who knows never tried to buy a car in Mexico, maybe some...) and we don't?! My uncle runs a plastic products company down there that ships something? Probably Copper and he always brags about him being one of the highest paying employers around and when I ask how much he says, "80 (dlls.) a week"

And they got a brand new Focus and we get a mini Crown Victoria?

*** it it's Ford...

hey, at least theyre gfettin new stuff, unlike Cuba. Theyre all still driving around the rust buckets from the 50's before the embargo crap. I think we should work out a deal with em... "look castro, considering all the cars here are junks, how bout we sell you a shitload of prius's, and we make it legal for you to sell your cigars." (thing about the prius, honestly, does ANYONE fear someone driving a prius?)

In short... The Global Car Market is a cruel mistress and she probably has a car that they don't sell here
