With all that extra kick, I would recommend you look into an intercooler system to keep it from over heating, you could also get some NGk spark plugs and wires.

Ummm no such thing as upper sway bars, most likely you're talking about upper strut bars. You might want to get a HFC(hi-flow cat) or test pipe. Umm you state that you have a Greddy catback, but an arospeed? muffler? That's kinda weird....

could be greddy pipes, and the muffler got messed up somehow? idk but yea that is kinda weird. HFC is a good idea. And eclipse99, why would he spend money on an intercooler if theres no turbo? You use an intercooler to lower intake charge temps, as the compression raises the temps thru physics (boyles law).

I apologize, but if he were to get a turbo he could look back at the intercooler.

Oh yeah, you could get some slotted rotors. Improve your braking capability with all those mods.

^ yeah maybe if you were also running a supercharger with an upgraded boost system, but on a low powered Honda there are no problems to be run into unless there is already an underlying issue. NST makes nice pulley sets (crank, idler, alt.) for most Honda applications that have been thoroughly R&D'ed and proven safe. But what do i know im not a honda guy or anything.

ok wel ill let you in on a little secret underdrive pulleys are not balanced for the certain engine. therefor eat bearings. i dont know if you have had them on but i my self had and most hondas run them for only 20,000 miles before they get there bearings torn up

^ that may be true but if someone is running an used B16 swapped Honda I would consider them lucky to not run into any major mechanical issues after 20,000 (in addition to the miles originally placed on it) miles of hard driving. I've personally never heard of people running into issues with UD pulleys, but I can see why problems might occur. On other forums, specifically 8thcivic.com, people have run UD pulleys on their K20Z3 motors for 2 years and had nothing happen.
