yeah you know what you do with a open deck block. it called block guard. and your 7psi doesnt matter becuase my crx is running 220hp at 9psi on a t3. now on a t-25 it would take close to 10psi for 220hp

But how much does it cost top correctly place a guard? And then the turbo kit? I hardly think that's less than 5k! and then you still have to get revamp the suspension, tires, bushings, wider rims.... That's pretty close to about 8K cheapest..... You seriously need some backing to your arguments....

ok i will break it down for you so it is simple
block gaurd=50 at most
turbo=100
manifold=100
piping=100 at most
oil line kit for turbo=50
bov=60 or less
nessesary gauges=200
slicks=150
rear shocks=80
dont need wider rims
850 is my count right now

this car runs a 11.2 at 124.5 mph with way less than $5000 in the motor and suspention

here is a cast turbo manifold for a civic from 88-00 its actually less than $100 but 100 is the going rate for cast manifolds.
