I would say keep that as a daily driver and save for a tuner.  The thing with a projecy tuner is they wind up in various forms of not running quite alot.  The pontiac is also going to be such a money pit in trying to make it fast, your better off saving and dropping 3 g's on a car that is a good platform for racing.  Check out the new car sticky for good cars to use for a tuning platform.

For a car you can get relatively cheap with good potential go with one of the 1st or 2nd gen eclipse gsx, talon tsi awd, or a laser. (all the same basic car, just branded under dif names).  Or a MK3 supra if you feel like redoing head gaskets alot. Or if you have enough cash for one an MR2.

Hondas are alright as long as your not plannin on seriously dragging it.  Being FWD, when your pushin big power you wont be able to plant the power to the ground as well as you would with a RWD or AWD car.

I def wouldnt say no if someone was going to hand over the keys to one lol. Just with the amount of projects i have going no way would i be able afford tuning a newer car.  So far 3 cars in various stages. Along with a new truck for a daily driver. I guess im gonna have to try and find someone willing to race for pinks against the challenger once its done. lol. Wheres the kids who have daddys 300k bank account for funding, and a fart cannnon?
