I think the s2000 would be a better sport car, but the RSX would make a better daily driver. That being said...the s2000 is the better of the two cars.

the rsx and a civic are the exact same car. only dif is the body. the interior is the same, besides the emblems. just like a ford and mercury. the 3.2tl,hhhhmmmm, an over priced accord lx v6. its just like dodge and chrysler, the caravan, 21gs, the town and country, 25gs. same van same body same inaterior different logos.
do i need to go on.

^ actually that is not entirely true. the base model rsx had the same 2.0 K20A3 as the 02-05 Si's vs the 1.8L SOHC motor used in base model civics.

you could get a 02 subaru wrx for under 10, or an older si. there are a lot of older tuners for under 10 g's all you have to do it look around.

although you tried to prove me wrong, you proved my point. the rsx has the same motor as a civic. just like the 3.2tl its the top of the line honda with a different body. still 2-5gs more. the base model rsx is 2gs more than the si, and there is no dif in engine power. but the interior is the same as a stock civic.
why does the rsx type s look good on paper but it cant beat my eclipse gs.

actually there is difference in power. the EP3 (02 Si) and the RSX have the same engine, but different bolt on components. They have about a 10whp/wtq difference. similar in straight line performance, but the EP3 has great handling. If you're taking on RSX-S's then its probably more of your driving skill then your car. The Type S also lacks an LSD which means a lot of its power doesn't get put down to the ground.

The s2000 any day/month/year. Don't get me wrong, the RSX is a fairly nice platform but the s2000 is a 240 hp N/A engine. That's tough to come by. If you are going for performance.....s2000, for DD status and nothing more....RSX.
