I HAVE A 1995 EAGLE TALON TSI AWD CAR, MANY SAY THAT ITS A INTERFERENCE ENGINE,RECENTLY MY TIMING BELT WENT UP ON THE HIGHWAY, SOME SAY IT MAY COST ABOUT A 1,000 DOLLARS TO FIX BECAUSE OF VALVES BEING BENT. BUT WHEN I TURN THE ENGINE AT THE BOTTOM PULLEY , THE ENGINES TURNS WITHOUT RESISTENCE IS THAT A SIGN OF VALVES NOT BEING BENT.IT HAS ABOUT 162,000 MILES ON IT.

If your belt snapped at highway speeds on an interference engine then you will definitely have some valve train damage. it may not be significant, but its definitely there. Might be worth it to look into it further. BTW don't type in all caps its kind of annoying.
