i seriously havnt been able to find the place to go and click to create one.. and ive been looking for over an hour and im so pissed and frustrated!!!

If you're talking about the model profiles that are under the import model section, the reason you can't create one is because there is no option too.  This isn't myspace  Their profiles and pictures are copies of their interviews from when they were in the magazines.  If you want to post pics of yourself on here I'm afraid the only place you'll be able to do it is right here in the forums.
