I'm getting a new car this summer and a 93-95 RX7 twin turbo or a 03 up 350z are the two cars that stick out in my mind as being the best for what I'm willing to pay, up to 15k, maybe a little more if the car is right.  I want it to be my daily driver, as well as a buildable car.  
I want rear- or all-wheel-drive.  I've also looked into a 93-98 supra, but I'd want the 6spd twin turbo and those are generally out of my price range, I've also looked into an Evo 8/9 or STi, but once again a little pricey, as might be an s2000 or RX8.
Any other recommendations are welcome, but I don't want the car to be too old or have too high of mileage cuz I need it to last, which is why I'm leaning towards the Z.  

Oh, I don't really want to deal with the headache behind the 3000gt vr-4 tranny, I don't want to have to deal with importing it (otherwise I'd get the 6th gen celica all-trac/gt-four), and a turbo 2nd gen MR-2 would be ok too I guess, and I want to stick with an import, obviously, otherwise I wouldn't be here.  

And I'm well aware of the overheating problem in the TT FD and that I CAN deal with for that car.
