Would a set of headers off an B18 fit the B20 engine?????

with some modifying yes. i'd only consider doing the necessary modification if i had a b20 and got a free b18 header. BTW a set implies more than one. Its header (singular, not plural). Not trying to act like a teacher, just giving you the heads up cause some *** snap over grammar infractions.
