Hi,
I have owned American cars all my life but now I want to get the experience of driving a Japanese car. I was wondering if anyone has experience with the Infiniti line of cars, especially the new G37 sports coupe. Is that a good example of a Japanese tuner car (I already know its great value for money and has kick-ass reviews from the magazines).
Are there other cars in the Infiniti's class that would be a better choice?
Thanks.

that's tough...G37 could be a tuner car or a VIP car depending on how you hook it up. Have you considered a s14 project?

Well I wouldnt consider this a better choice but I know that you can get the G35 coupe for much cheaper and it is still a great car.But I love them both its all up to you.

infinity g series are extremely reliable, rwd, and have a strong engine. theyre also very luxurious. regarding tuning i am not a big fan though. if you want a car in that class i would go with a nissan 350Z due to more available aftermarket parts, and if you dont mind losing a few luxury features get an evo mr. its all a matter of what you are trying to achieve though. if you want a fun to drive, slick looking, vip style car then the infinities are a great choice, but for rebuilding i wouldnt even consider one. good luck
