why do you guys like these things called ricers? did u realize that putting clear taillights on yer car isnt cool?

i think you guys are just weird. for one thing, you all drive yer cars like *** and they sound like [censored].

why do u think imports are so cool? u just copy the originals. the originals are hot rodders, who spend as little money as they have to to buld their car. thats another thing. if u say u did an engine swap, does that mean you are cool? no it doesnt. it just means that u want to think your cool cus all u did was change the engine. a hot rodder, they buy an old car, take it apart, and rebuild it with different stuff, and it makes a difference completely. it makes the car sound different, wen u put a v8 in yer car if it was a v6, it sounds like it has more power if you switch your engine to a b18, or rb20dett or watever, it still sound like crap. your cars sound like lawnmowers.  

yeah hot rodders build there cars from the ground up and do new things while you guys go on the internet or to your local napa and buy all the parts you neeed to call your car cool.we make every thing for our cars

Alas, I knew the quiet couldn't last long... We get rid of one bunch just for another to come in later. Do these people ever question why it is that "domestic" vehicles use metric fasteners?  

hey ladies were talking about the old stuff cause we hate new cars....
and ricers
but we like real cars. with huge V8s that scare the neighbors.
and why do you guys all put huge wings and annoying mufflers on cheepo cars...?
maybe the reason that we like old cars is because we enjoy actually geting our hands dirty and that is our idea of fun.  

exactly right. getting dirty working on a hotrod is better than owning an import. waaay better

Not alot of people on this board are ricers, and for your V8 addiction, you guys should find some hot rod board and talk there insted of complaning on these boards.

Actually, I disagree. The way I see it 300 WHP qualifies as a hotrod. Maybe not hardcore. But think about this. A stock 350 with a 4 bbl carb would only push about 250 BHP whereas the flat 4 in the EVO VI was rated at 273BHP (if I recall correctly) stock.  

i guess that if a crx had an engine swap, with other work put in, no body kit and crappy stuff, yer talkin about a 100 hp difference from 90 hp to 190. hot rods are just old cars with more horsepower stuffed into them. so basically, imports are today's hotrods, but theres just too much show in it nowadays.
