c'mon people why is everybody like whats a good starter car? civic? or a civic? or or or maybe a civic? ohh i got a better one civic... people think out side of the box if you have 21k dont get a civic, go with somthing alittle more exotic like i said alittle more not alot, go with like a eclipse, or a mustang, hell any other car is more exotic then a civic, look into it Mitsubishi, Acura, BMW, Ford, and dodge but hey it is all a matter of opinion so its up to you if you want a 06' civic si dont be mad cause it is slow as hell

A new or used car with a warranty is not a good car for a starter.  Why?  You are paying for the warranty and one mod to the engine may void the engine.

Dont listen to this moron, go with what you feel that YOU want. Its not the opinion of others. I think the new civic looks like a good idea. Other choices though you could consider are an RSX type-s you can find one thats practically new(like 3000 miles on it) for that price. Just dont jump to fast onto anything, plan out what you want. Do research on all of the models and then narrow it down. finally ending with the test drive of the vehicles you've chosen. Just think it through.
