I am looking for a new car and i dont know what would be better. I not getting anything to race (all the time) but i want something that is not too expensive. Im thinking about a Acura Integra, Dodge Neon, ect. I would get a eclipse but i want a car that does not have engine problems. Im not just set on those cars but i do want a car that has some go up and go and is ok on gas.

As far as the engine problems for the Eclipse, which one's do you speak of? The only engine problems I know of are the non turbo ones, as they are too slow. The only engine problems my DSM has had was because it was old and I abused it, which can be fixed with a rebuild.

Yea, you can't go wrong with a civic, I'd recommend also to buy a civic. Hey by the way any of you like NHRA sport compact racing? I just got into it, check them out http://www.nhrasportcompact.com/

Technically speaking, the Toyota Corolla has bulletproof reliability, but not a lot of people modify them. I dont know availability of the upgrades.

Volkswagen/Audi have 1.8T engines, which already come with a quick spooling Turbo! A simple computer chip replacement will give the motor ubelievable power.

I know 1996-2000 Audis with 1.8T had problem with the motor, where the timing belt would break as low as 60,000 mi
Volkswagen started making them too for 2000, im not sure if the problem was solved. The 6 cylinder is awsome though.
