the new 06 eclipse looks great similar to the 350Z styling cues but with a twist but others are are calling it just as bad as other brand new models that just came out the galant, etc. It's true me is does has it's drawbacks no turbo, styling,etc. but I'm just asking what do you like or do not like about the 06 that I have'nt seen? ![]()

Oh man they are really fast. But alot of the cars for 06 have some dramatic body changes. like the new civic. But 260hp and for the price its looken pretty good.

I agree, it seems to be a decent car. The only trouble you're gonna have is getting it to go faster. I just checked out the Mitsubishi website, and the stock compression ratio on the V-6 is 10.5:1. With that much compression, you really can't run much boost without risking detonation. You could probably run 6-8psi on it, and that would put you like mid-13s, but going faster than that would require some serious engine work.

I hate that ......thing! its ugly.my brother bought one and the steering sucks! my hyundia tiburon is way better.

Forced Induction isnt everything, Mitsubish is moving away from forced induction tuning because there variable valve timing (Mivec) works pretty well and has good power output. You dont have to turbo it just get ECU mods from like Ralliart and do regular bolt ons and I am sure that 300-400Hp is not out of reach....
