99-00 civic si or 02 civic ex

Ok ive been looking alot and ive found civic si's and 02 civic's to be very close in price I just dont know what one I should get. With the si I would eventually get a integra type R b18c engine with 210hp or i could get a 02 civic and put a k20a with 220hp. Also the b18 redlines at 9000 and the k20 at 8000(u guys prolly know this but i put it here anyway). I love the si tail lights (red+white). And I haven't been able to find a turbo kit for a k20 yet, maybe ive just missed them but can't seem to find one yet. But then again by the time i get the 02 civic and the k20 engine they would prolly be all over the place. Help plz  

i think u should buy the Si, cuz its handling is better then the 02' ex and i like the engine, and the car itself is better (including exterior)  

the SI is a sexy ass ride, i would go for the si, my friend had a sixk SI till he sold it, it was a sleeper, stage 3 turbo, header, intake, etc.      it was out. so stick with the SI. plus the tail lights are hot.
