hello everybody! actually i am from Russia, Moscow. thats important cuz here in moscow we have BIG troubles with engine tuning! so..... to start with....engine tuning is the most essential part of the whole tuning cuz its the most complicated. so...here in russia we do have Companys which specialize in A to Z tuning of the car, BUT after they have installed for instance turbo kit, exhaust and ect., well everything concerning engine, its time to MAKE IT ALL WORK properly! am i right? i mean the tuning of all electronics, e-managers, vtec controllers and ect(airflow ect) ECU, ECU, ECU, u know what i mean! BUT BUT BUT   most of the companys fail to do it right!!! or just donno. SO my question is.....is it possible to find in STATES such company which could help in some way, i mean AGREE to perform such tasks only having the info on car and mods installed...so it could send the adjustments back to russia via i-net?  PLEASE HELP!!! maybe the topic is offtop but still....i am desperate!

p.s.
we're starting a new tuning company soon....maybe someone would like to cooperate.....thanks anyway

suggest anything(company name ect.), i will appreciate

Welcome to the forums, my comrade in tuning.

Now, onto your dilemma.. In a word, no. You cannot give the tuners the parts listed on your car and expect them to be able to optimize the settings in your ECU. The only sure fire way to optimize it is through repeated dyno runs, and they'd obviously need your car for that. I would try to find someone in Europe (if possible) to address your situation since we don't have the Skyline in any iteration here. Either that or try to find a dependable group of auutomotive tuners that KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. I can't emphazise that part enough.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but I think you're not going to find what you're looking for over here.

Tuning courses? I want them, too! If you find any, make sure to tell me! As soon as I get a little older, that is.
EDIT: If you're willing to spend time here (that is, like, six weeks), there's a school in Arizona. It's called UTI, and it'll teach you how to become a automotive technician, so you can do all those modifications yourself!

how did you buy your R33 anyway, was it a private sale or from a dealer? If you got it from a dealer then they should have Nismo contacts there in Moscow.

Surely the Nismo Dudes can do the job for you properly.
