a friend of mine, the superstreet online editor, ran the Greddy turbo kit on his RSX type-S (stock k20 motor) for over 40,000 miles with no problems at all.  he ran 13 psi (330hp) too.  not sure how "legal" it was, but there are street legal forced induction kits out there for the tC - it all depends on how much you want to spend and how fast you want to go.  you may be content with just a tC and a TRD supercharger (warranteed and street legal) or a full blown 400hp RSX.

ps i wouldnt go with the eclipse personally

no on the eclipse, i own a 07 tc and civic. for torque and moutain driving i like the tc for flat land the civic, the rpm are low and fuel is better but no torque. if you get a tc go with 07 and up due to it getting higher comp, oil injectors better power band and higher rev limiter. i'd gor for the rsx type s or s2000 pending on price.
