Silent Mufflers for Scion xBs?b

I know, most people want to make their tailpipes LOUD, not quiet. Me on the other hand, I wanna make my new Toaster ultra quiet. How should I go about that? I've seen mufflers and tails to make the xB louder, do they make tails and mufflers to make it run near silent?
What other alterations can be made to quiet my ride? What about tires? Can those affect roadnoise?

...um... Keep it stock? As far as I know, that's as quiet as it gets.
Other than that you can get an exhaust with a silencer, but realize that most modifed exhaust systems are going to be louder than stock. So you'll be quietly loud-- if that makes sense.
Tires can avoid road noise. To further, dampen the noise, you can try adding more insulation to your ride:
