LS1 powered RX-7s??

what do you guys think?  

yeah ive heard from almost everyone that has a rotary that they drink oil like non other, mpg is bad too for such a small motor (1.3L)

i think its pretty awsome, considering theres almost no disadvantage to it at all, near same wieght, much much more torque, more power, more potential power, better fuel consumption especialy if you have a LS2 with the 6 speed  

lets just say that honda made a motor that would be much better for your MR2, would you toss out the 3SGTE and go with a Honda powered MR2??  

Even though it makes complete sense and the LS_ is an amazing motor, I would never even think twice about it if i owned an RX7.  its just wrong to me.  its like putting an RB26DETT from a skyline into a '67 Mustang.  its just not right.
